This year's event Heart of Gold, promises to be a spectacular evening as we celebrate the twentieth anniversary of raising funds for the hospital. Once again a phenomenal meal will be created for guests by renowned restaurateur and Food Network host, Michael Bonacini and his team of chefs.
The four course menu is centered around a Black Angus Beef Tenderloin main course, which will be served with a golden nugget squash and foie gras butter stuffed Yorkshire pudding
